How Do I Update PatchMap?

To make sure you’re always heading in the right direction, we update our PatchMap software regularly.

And to make sure you’ve always got the latest and greatest version, we need your contact info. If you purchase software directly from us, we’ll take all your details at the time of sale. If you’ve purchased PatchMap from one of our re-sellers, give us your details, and we’ll keep you in the loop. We won’t spam you, but we’ll let you know when we’ve got an update ready to roll.

There’s more than one way to update PatchMap . . .

We can mail you the DVD – it comes with step-by-step instructions – and you can update PatchMap yourself.

You can stop by our shop with your GPS, and we’ll update PatchMap for you. We’ll push all the buttons, and it’ll only take a few minutes.

PatchMap updates are also available as an online download, but there’s a few things to keep in mind.

First off, you need a really awesome Internet connection. The file is big (huge, even) and sadly, dial-up just can’t handle ‘er.

You also need to be more than comfortable with a computer. Updating online is more involved the our standard ol’ update, and we’ve noticed people often struggle. If you’d like to try an online update, please give us a shout at 1-87PatchMap and we’ll discuss the requirements with you.
